does the sewage problem still occur in east st louis?

Max Silva

After all of the notoriety that East St. Louis is attracting, the sewage system still seems to be a major concern. Schools such throughout the city are experiencing flooding. The basements of the less fortunate civilians of this city are also being flooded. It also doesn't help that the city of East St. Louis is located on a flood plain. The sewage problem is still occurring in East St. Louis.
